Club Wino 6 - Wino Valentine-o

I'm pleased to announce that my merry set of middle aged tunesmiths Cardinal Wino are once again putting on our own show in the capital's fashionable Islington. A cherub's hockle from the dear-departed Word magazine office, the Wilmington is a lovely self-contained pub venue with its own bar, which we will fill with:
Cardinal Wino - your twangsome country-tinted hosts
Tony Black and the Collectors - a brilliant trio combining classic pop, world and folk music
The J-PEGs - harmony filled jangle pop in a distinctly Byrdsian vein, and
Psychobabble - classic punk, guitar pop and beat influences
plus sweets, a friendly atmosphere and a CD sampler for the early birds.

It all kicks off at 7.30pm on Saturday Feb 16th, with the first act on at 8pm. And all this for a fiver.
